At St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, we are proud of our school uniform because it is a visible sign of our shared identity and values. Wearing our uniform shows that we belong to the St Mary’s family and reflects our commitment to being respectful, responsible and ready to learn.
Our uniform helps to create a sense of pride, equality and community, ensuring that every child feels included and valued. It reminds us that we are ambassadors for our school, representing St Mary’s both in the classroom and in the wider community. By wearing our uniform smartly, we demonstrate our high standards and our commitment to living out our Catholic mission each day.
In line DfE guidance, we have sought to keep our uniform affordable for families and limit branded items to no more than three. We work closely with families to ensure that cost is not a barrier to attendance or participation, and support with school uniform is available where needed. We encourage any family requiring assistance to contact the school in confidence so that appropriate support can be provided.
Our uniform follows our school colours of yellow and royal blue.
